【摘要】:ThispartofISO8292specifiesadirectmethodforthedeterminationofsolidfatcontentinanimalandvegetablefatsandoils(hereafterdesignated“fats”)usinglow-resolutionpulsednuclearmagneticresonance(NMR)spectrometry.Twoalternativethermalpre-treatmentsarespecified:oneforgeneralpurposefatsnotexhibitingpronouncedpolymorphismandwhichstabilizemainlyintheβ′-polymorph;andoneforfatssimilartococoabutterwhichexhibitpronouncedpolymorphismandstabilizeintheβ-polymorph.Additionalthermalpre-treatments,whichmaybemoresuitableforspecificpurposes,aregiveninaninformativeannex.Thedirectmethodiseasytocarryoutandisreproducible,butisnotasaccurateastheindirectmethodduetotheapproximatemethodofcalculation.NOTEAnindirectmethodisspecifiedinISO8292-2.
