【摘要】:Thesetestmethodscoverthedeterminationoftheanilinepointofpetroleumproductsandhydrocarbonsolvents.MethodAissuitablefortransparentsampleswithaninitialboilingpointaboveroomtemperatureandwheretheanilinepointisbelowthebubblepointandabovethesolidificationpointoftheaniline-samplemixture.MethodB,athin-filmmethod,issuitableforsamplestoodarkfortestingbyMethodA.MethodsCandDareforsamplesthatmayvaporizeappreciablyattheanilinepoint.MethodDisparticularlysuitablewhereonlysmallquantitiesofsampleareavailable.MethodEdescribesaprocedureusinganautomaticapparatussuitablefortherangecoveredbyMethodsAandB.Thesetestmethodsalsocoverthedeterminationofthemixedanilinepointofpetroleumproductsandhydrocarbonsolventshavinganilinepointsbelowthetemperatureatwhichanilinewillcrystallizefromtheaniline-samplemixture.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSections7.
