【摘要】:ThispartofISO9308describesareferencemethod(StandardTest)forthedetectionandenumerationofEscherichiacoliandcoliformbacteriainwaterforhumanconsumption.TheStandardTesthasalowselectivity,allowingthedetectionofinjuredbacteria.Duetothelowselectivity,backgroundgrowthcaninterferewiththereliableenumerationofcoliformbacteriaandE.coli,forexampleinsomedrinkingwaters,likeshallowwellwatersorsurfacewaters.Thismethodisnotsuitableforthesetypesofwater.TheStandardTestisbasedonmembranefiltration,subsequentcultureonadifferentialagarmediumandcalculationofthenumberoftargetorganismsinthesample.
