【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforcontinuouslyhot-dipcoatedandelectrolyticallycoatedflatproductsmadeofmultiphasesteelsforcoldforming(seeTable1,Table3andTable4)coatedwithzinc(ZandZE),zinc-ironalloy(ZF)orzinc-nickelalloy(ZN)withthicknessesof0,35mmto3,0mm,unlessotherwiseagreed(see1.2).Thethicknessisthefinalthicknessofthedeliveredproductaftercoating.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestostripofawidth≥600mmandsheetscutfromit.1.2Ifagreedatthetimeofenquiryandorder,thisEuropeanStandardmayalsobeappliedtocontinuouslyhotdipcoatedflatproductsofthicknesses>3,0mm.Inthiscasethemechanicalproperty,adhesionofthecoatingandsurfaceconditionrequirementsshouldalsobeagreedatthetimeofenquiryandorder.1.3TheproductscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardaremainlyusedwherecoldformability,highstrengthandcorrosionresistancearethemostimportantfactors.Corrosionresistanceofthecoatingisproportionaltothecoatingmass(seealso7.3.5)1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicableto:?continuouslyhotdipcoatedsteelflatproductsmadeoflowcarbonsteels(seeEN10327);?continuouslyhot-dipcoatedstructuralsteelflatproducts(seeEN10326);?electrolyticallyzinccoatedcoldrolledsteelflatproducts(seeEN10152);?continuouslyorganiccoated(coilcoated)steelflatproducts(seeEN10169-1,EN10169-2andEN10169-3);?electrolyticallyzinc-nickelcoatedcoldrolledsteelflatproducts(seeEN10271);and?continuouslyhot-dipcoatedstripandsheetofsteelswithhighyieldstrengthforcoldforming(seeEN10292).
